FMCC is pleased to offer several student opportunity programs here on campus. These free programs, including TRIO, Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), and Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP), can provide eligible students with a wide range of additional resources and support services. They offer a great way to get connected to campus and improve your chances of academic success. To find out if you qualify for one of our programs, please complete this application. To participate in the Fulton Montgomery Community College's student support programs, students must often meet income eligibility requirements, which the program is required to verify. This information is needed for reports submitted to the New York State Education Department (NYSED). With your permission, this information can be obtained from the FMCC Financial Aid Office and will be used by NYSED to confirm program eligibility.
